The ProFoam™️, the only UK designed and built proportional foam nozzle. Accurately doses chemicals while delivering a wide angle foam application with minimal drift and product wastage.

Designed for blanket coverage during application to minimise chemical usage and increase dwell time the FoamJet is entirely constructed of stainless steel for increased resistance to aggressive chemicals. The head is protected by impact resistant Polypropylene for protection in harsh working environments. Supplied with a 5m suction hose, intake filter, tip kit and shut off valve the ProFoam is a complete chemical application solution.

What size should you chose?

When applying chemical you want complete control, with that in mind we recommend turning down your flow rate (lpm) so that it allow a controlled application. As you are dropping the LPM we recommend dropping the orifice size.

For example, a 21 LPM machine would theoretically use a Size 3 nozzle (21–30 LPM). However, because the machine is turned down it produce slightly less flow rate, we recommend using a Size 2 nozzle (15–21 LPM).

Choosing the smaller size helps compensate for the drop in flow and ensures better performance and pressure at the nozzle.
